Hanhong Scientific founded in 2003,is mainly engaged in researching, developing, manufacturing and exporting unnatural amino acids ,nucleosides, nucleotides, chiral chemicals ,API and other fine chemicals for drug discovery and drug production in China, it's core business is composed of three parts:
(1) Advanced chemical reagents ,mainly Building Blocks.
(2) API and intermediates
(3) Custom synthesis

Hanhong Scientific has owned a lot of senior researchers, including doctors, professors and experts of organic chemistry for R&D and process control. The company has built R&D center in the Universities, and has established  plant owning over 120 sets of various reactors from 10L-5000L.

Relying on its R&D and producing facilities, Hanhong Scientific can manufacture custom-made products from grams to tons.

Gansu Huijian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Shanghai Hanhong. Currently, it has 39 reactors and relies on chiral chemistry technology and green synthesis technology to mainly produce heterocyclic blocks, chiral blocks, pharmaceutical intermediates, and other products. The main varieties include L-2-aminobutyramide, proline, aminopyrimidine, chiral blocks, and other products.

Shandong Gaotang Aohan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Shanghai Hanhong. At present, it has two non natural amino acid production lines. Relying on Biocatalysis technology, it has the ability to produce 2000 tons of amino acid products annually. Its main varieties include L-tert Leucine, L-nenenebc n-valine, R-3-aminobutyric acid, D-nenenebd tryptophan, D-nenenebe phenylalanine, D-serine, L-2-aminobutyric acid and other products.

Gansu Hanju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Shanghai Hanhong. Currently, it has two pharmaceutical intermediate production workshops, relying on chiral chemistry technology and green synthesis technology, mainly producing non natural amino acids, protective amino acids, chiral blocks, heterocyclic blocks and other pharmaceutical intermediate products. The main varieties include CBZ amino acids, BOC amino acids, FMOC amino acids, amino alcohols, amino amides, amino acid esters and other products.

 Hanhong includes Manufacturing Department, Technology Department, Quality Control Department, R  & D Center, Market Department, Administration Department and other departments.

R & D Center 

The R&D Center owns labs with one of 3000 m2 (in Shanghai) and another one of 1000m2(in Production Base). The labs are equipped with experimental apparatus for all developing scales. In addition, well-equipped QA and QC system guarantees products’quality for all scales R&D and production. In the R&D Center,there are 42 Chemists of organic synthesis in lab, 30 people for grams-kgs scale preparation, 5 analysts for QA/QC.
